Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions about our satellite monitors, billing cycles, and change detection capabilities.

The **High Definition (HD)** plan uses standard open-source satellite sensors (such as Sentinel-2) providing a pixel resolution of 10 meters. This is ideal for identifying large-scale grading, excavation, new roads, and massive structures. The **Ultra High Definition (UHD)** plan integrates private, sub-meter commercial imagery (up to 30cm resolution). This provides extreme zoom detail, allowing you to identify minor fence relocations, single vehicle footprints, and subtle vegetation clearing.
Our default monitoring passes are run on a **monthly cycle**. Once per calendar month, the system tasks its active satellite networks to acquire, orthorectify, and align a fresh imagery tile over your exact coordinate bounds. You will receive a notification immediately after the scan has been analyzed by our system.
