1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WatchMyPlots (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing and using our monitoring features, alerts, and dashboards.
2. Scope of Service & Satellite Pass Cadence
WatchMyPlots provides satellite-based geospatial land monitoring reports and automated change detection telemetry. You acknowledge that satellite scans are dependent on orbital revisit periods, meteorological constraints (e.g. heavy cloud cover, monsoon visibility limitations), and coordinate accuracy provided by you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted real-time observations.
3. User Responsibilities & Boundaries
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the multi-polygon shapefiles, KML, and GeoJSON coordinate geometries you upload to our platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have legal authorization to monitor all registered properties.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the neural network segmentation engines, custom-generated change logs, interfaces, and branding remains the exclusive property of WatchMyPlots. Detections, PDF dossiers, and TIFF tiles generated specifically for your registered parcel boundaries are licensed to you for audit, legal, and operational purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
WatchMyPlots is not liable for undetected encroachments, environmental degradation, or late alerts resulting from satellite link drops, cloud obstructions, or coordinate mismatches. All alerts are recommendations; users should perform physical verifications before taking legal actions.
